Shaping the future

We are #openminded #flexible #passionate #trustworthy #focused #excellent #ambitious

As a traditional Thuringian company, we are the world market leader in the development and manufacture of moulded projection lenses made of optical glass. This makes us proud and spurs us on every day to give our best together. The most important prerequisite for sustainable success is our motivated team of dedicated specialists, in which we create valuable synergies through cross-divisional co-operation. This enables us to develop pioneering solutions for our customers in the core business areas of Automotive Solutions, Precision Glass Components, Optical Systems and Express Glass Services, which are characterised by both technical excellence and high practical suitability.

To optimise processes in development and production, many cogs interlock and we need specialists in different areas to ensure that everything runs smoothly at all times. Because we know that we can only defend our leading position if we work together, we treat each other as equals across all departments and locations and look out for each other. In addition to a top team and outstanding technical equipment, we also offer a range of tangible benefits that effectively emphasise our position as an attractive employer.
